Background

H2O Teknik is one of Sweden's leading companies in inspection, control and cleaning of drinking water reservoirs. They handle a large number of customers in hundreds of locations around the country, and have high demands on safety and quality.

The platform

Earlier H2O Teknik mostly relied on Excel and Word based solutions to handle customers and projects. With an expanding customer base and an increasing number of projects, H2O Teknik saw the need for a solution to more effectively handle their business. Bucket Media accepted the challenge.

After creating a clear picture of the needs of H2O Teknik, we started creating a web platform from scratch. The goal was to create a platform that could meet all needs, but also streamline the workflow to save valuable time for the customer. Of course with a nice layout in the base.

In order to be able to use the application in an easy and smooth way, it was a must that it must work both in the web and on the phone. The goal of the platform is to make the working method easier and that the flow through the process goes faster. More compact with better structure simply.
