A digital learning experience

One of Sweden’s largest gymnastics clubs faced a challenge: each year, new coaches joined the club, and the onboarding process was manual and time consuming. The solution? A fun, intuitive, and digital experience to introduce new coaches to the club and streamline the onboarding process.

When we started gathering user feedback we discovered that coaches wanted to complete onboarding anywhere – even on the bus. This led us to focus on making a platform that was mobile-friendly. We sketched different flows and layouts to help coaches access content on the go and created lo-fi prototypes to test and improve the user experience. To keep things consistent, we built a simple design system and refined the visual identity.
